Bryan Parr dedicated his life to music early and spent most of his time perfecting his talents in church. He taught himself to play several instruments; such as the guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. Hoping to make a name for himself in the music industry, Bryan studied music education at West Chester University. Shortly after graduating, he went on to play guitar and sing background for many major acts, some of which are The Delfonics, Blue Magic, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, and Patti LaBelle. He also became the musical director for Ray, Goodman & Brown. In 1995, Bryan released his debut recording entitled, “Bryan Parr-I’ll Write Your Songs for You”. The recording presented his enormous potential in the industry. The cd is a mixture of R&B and jazz. Bryan then created a spectacular band to showcase his talents as a performer and band leader of The Blind Date Band. Bryan has a wide range of genres under his belt; from rock to r&b, oldies to jazz, you name it. One man, one mic, one million songs!
